Mark J. Williams has his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Tennessee and has a Juris Doctorate from the The University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Williams is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, former Staff Attorney for the Alabama Supreme Court and has been a practicing attorney in Alabama for 22 years.

Mr. Williams served as the Executive Director of The Alabama State Employees’ Association, one of the largest membership organizations in the State of Alabama. One of his duties as Executive Director was to act as the chief lobbyist.

For the past 11 years, Mr. Williams has focused on his firm’s contract lobbying and law firm in Montgomery, Alabama, where he has represented clients before the Alabama Legislature and Executive branches. As an attorney, Mr. Williams has represented many Alabama State Agencies as both General Counsel and as a Hearing Officer.

Mr. Williams is the President of the Board of Faith Broadcasting in Montgomery.

Mr. Williams is married and has four children.
